Fabric and construction

• 100% US cotton - heather, neon, safety and antique shades are cotton/poly blends
• 5.3 oz/yd2 (180 gsm) - midweight, substantial without being heavy
• 20 singles yarn, rebuilt by Gildan specifically for printability
• Taped neck and shoulders so the collar does not stretch out
• Rib collar that holds its shape through repeated washing
• Tear away label - remove it and add your own, or go tagless
• Safety Green meets ANSI / ISEA 107 high-visibility standards

Fit and sizing

• Classic unisex fit - roomier through the body than a fashion tee, which is what most groups want
• Sizes S through 5XL, one of the widest ranges we carry
• True to size - most people order their usual size
• Youth version: Gildan 5000B, XS to XL
• Toddler version: Gildan 5100P, 2T to 5T

You can mix adult and youth sizes in one order, which is what most family and school orders do.

Print methods for this tee

• DTF printing - our default. Full colour, photographic detail, no setup per colour, and it sits flat with sharp edges even on black. One piece minimum. More on DTF.
• Screen printing - the cheapest option per piece once you are into the hundreds with one or two colours. The smooth cotton surface takes ink well and the print stays soft. More on screen printing.
• Embroidery - works on this tee for a small left-chest logo. Not the usual choice on a lightweight cotton tee, but available if you want a stitched finish. More on embroidery.
