Two ways in
Online - go to the design studio, choose your garment, upload artwork, position it, and check out. You will see your price as you build it.
By phone or email - call 647-739-9487 or write to meet@printinguncle.com and tell us roughly what you need. We will quote it, and if it makes sense we will bring samples to you before anything is confirmed.
Choosing the garment
This is where most orders go wrong before they start. A 4.2 oz tee and a 6 oz garment-dyed tee behave completely differently once printed and washed fifty times. Canvas aprons survive a kitchen; cotton ones do not.
Tell us what the garment has to survive and we will point you at the right one. You can also supply your own garments if you already have stock.
Choosing the print method
DTF - full colour, photographic detail, no minimum. Our default for most jobs.
Embroidery - stitched, raised, permanent. Best on polos, caps and jackets. Call us to price it.
Screen printing - most economical on large single-colour runs. Call us to price it.
Multiple print locations are available on a single order - front, back, left chest, sleeve.
Artwork
Send whatever you have. A logo file, a photo of a shirt you liked, a screenshot, a sketch on paper. If you are not technical, call us and describe what you want - we will build the artwork for you.
Seeing it before you order
In the design studio your artwork appears on the actual garment as you build it, in the colour and size you picked. That screen is your proof - what you approve there is exactly what we print, so check the spelling and placement carefully before you order.
If we build the artwork for you, we send you an image to approve before anything goes to production.
Payment
Payment is taken upfront, before production begins. Pricing drops as quantity rises - every tier has its own rate, so larger orders cost less per piece.
Delivery
Most orders are ready within 72 hours, though larger runs take longer. Shipping or delivery time comes on top of that. Pick up in Toronto by appointment, get it delivered across the GTA, or have it shipped anywhere in Canada or the US. Delivery is free on orders over $250.
