The grad hoodie
The standard is the same everywhere: school crest or class year on the front, every graduating name listed on the back. It is the one piece of school apparel people genuinely keep.
That back print is where the method matters. Each hoodie has a different name, and with screen printing that means a separate screen per shirt, which is not viable. DTF prints every garment individually anyway, so names cost nothing extra.
Choosing the hoodie
Gildan Heavy Blend at 8 oz carries most grad orders. It is warm, it holds a print well, and the price per piece stays reasonable across a class of eighty. Bella+Canvas Sponge Fleece costs more and feels noticeably softer, which some classes choose when the hoodie is being sold to students rather than funded by the school.
Youth and adult sizing are both available, from XS to 4XL in most styles.
Class tees and leaver shirts
Cheaper per piece than hoodies, and better for a whole-grade order or a spring event. Comfort Colors garment-dyed tees are worth the upgrade if the class wants something that looks less like a uniform.
Timing your order
Grad orders peak in April and May, which is when every printer in the city is busiest. Collecting names and sizes always takes longer than expected, so start that early and the printing is the easy part.

Send the school crest in whatever form you have it, along with the name list. We will prepare the artwork and send a free mockup for the committee to approve. We can also bring hoodie samples to the school so students can check the fit.
