Performance fabric or cotton?
Moisture-wicking polyester pulls sweat away from the skin and dries fast, which is what you want for training, running clubs and anything played outdoors. Cotton and cotton blends feel softer and suit walk-around gear, staff shirts and merch your members buy rather than wear to train in. Most gyms order both.
Kitting out a club
Youth sizing is available across several styles, which matters if you are outfitting a junior program alongside the adult squad. Quarter-zips and hoodies work as warm-up layers; tanks and performance tees for training; caps and totes as low-cost merch.
Names and numbers
DTF printing handles individual names and numbers without extra setup, so every shirt in a team order can be different at no extra complexity. More on DTF printing.
